We hope you were satisfied, however, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Return Requirements
All returns must be postmarked within thirty-five (35) days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in new and unopened condition, in original packaging, with all original labels attached. We cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
Return Process
Please contact our customer care team if you wish to initiate a return, and we will provide you with a return authorization.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest you use a trackable method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and to provide the shipment tracking information to us once available. You can reach us at support@wildroots.zendesk.com.

Defective/Damaged Product
If a received item is defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement at support@wildroots.zendesk.com. Please note, images may be required for all claims of defect and damage.
Refunds
After receiving your return and confirming the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow approximately seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear to the original form of payment, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
